Chief Operating Officer

The COO assists the CEO and oversees all operations within Caribbean Virtual. The COO also manages the website and handles all Operations Manager roles at this time.
Admissions Manager

This position is responsible for recruiting new members, processing their applications, and accepting them to Caribbean Virtual. The AM also determines the pilot's ability to fly our aircraft.
Events Manager

The Events Manager is responsible for creating and running events for the community. This position also works with codeshares and interacts on IFC to promote our events and the Virtual Airline.
Routes Manager

The Routes Manager is in charge of keeping track of the airline's routes and destinations, including our partner airlines. They will also alert pilots of route-related updates and changes.
Head of Pilot Training

The Head of Pilot Training is in charge of conducting training and checkrides for pilots within Caribbean Virtual. This position works closely with the Admissions Manager to ensure pilots are fit for the VA.
Events Team

Events Team members are responsible for assisting the Events Manager with creating and running internal and large-scale events for the Caribbean Virtual community.
Discord Manager

The Discord Manager ensures that our Discord is in good shape to provide a better experience for our pilots. As our main source of communication, this position as crucial as we expand.
